Terms of Service

1. Service and scope

AI EVENT provides business, event and exhibition services and operates AI EVENT Social, a self-hosted content management and publishing environment used to prepare, schedule and publish authorized content to supported third-party platforms.

These Terms apply to https://aievent.sa, AI EVENT Social and any official integration that AI EVENT enables through approved APIs, OAuth flows, bot credentials or other platform-supported authorization methods.

Third-party platforms remain independent services governed by their own terms, developer policies and privacy policies.

2. Accounts, authorization and access

• You must provide accurate information and protect your AI EVENT account credentials.
• You may connect only accounts, Pages, channels, profiles, business locations and organizations that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You must not share third-party platform passwords with AI EVENT when an official authorization method is available.
• You authorize AI EVENT to use granted API permissions only to perform features you request, including account connection, media upload, scheduling, publishing, analytics and status checks.
• You are responsible for revoking access promptly when a user, employee or contractor should no longer have authority.

3. Social-media and content-platform integrations

AI EVENT may support TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google Business Profile, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, X, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Mastodon, Tumblr, WordPress and other platforms where lawful and technically supported.

• Integration availability depends on each platform's APIs, product approval, scopes, quotas, account eligibility and policies.
• Some features may require separate platform review, audit or business verification.
• AI EVENT may disable or limit an integration if a platform changes or withdraws API access, if required permissions expire, or if continued use would violate platform rules.
• AI EVENT does not guarantee that every feature is available for every account, country, account type or platform tier.

4. Your content and publishing instructions

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. You grant AI EVENT the limited rights necessary to store, process, transform, upload and transmit content solely to provide the requested service.

• You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions and rights associated with the content you publish.
• You must review content, target account, privacy settings, timing and platform-specific options before publishing when those controls are presented.
• Scheduled or automated actions may execute using the settings saved at the time of scheduling unless changed or cancelled before execution.
• Third-party platforms may process, reject, moderate, delay, remove, restrict or reformat submitted content under their own rules.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use AI EVENT services to:

• Access or manage an account without authorization.
• Publish illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, malicious or abusive content.
• Spam, manipulate engagement, evade platform controls or violate third-party platform policies.
• Upload malware, interfere with service security, probe systems without authorization, or attempt to obtain credentials or tokens belonging to others.
• Use platform data for unauthorized surveillance, profiling, resale or brokerage.

AI EVENT may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect systems, comply with law, respond to a platform requirement, or investigate suspected misuse.

6. Fees and third-party costs

AI EVENT may provide internal or business-use functionality without a separate platform fee, but third-party services may charge for API usage, subscriptions, storage, messaging or other services. Any such third-party charges are governed by the third party and are the user's responsibility unless AI EVENT expressly agrees otherwise.

7. Availability, changes and maintenance

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, infrastructure changes, third-party API changes, legal requirements or business reasons.

Publishing can fail or be delayed because of platform outages, rate limits, moderation, quota exhaustion, expired tokens, media validation, account restrictions, network failures or changes to external APIs.

8. Security and privacy

Use of personal data and connected-account information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Users should immediately report suspected unauthorized access or credential exposure to info@aievent.sa.

9. Intellectual property

AI EVENT and its branding, service design, original software, documentation and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, sublicense or misuse AI EVENT proprietary material is granted except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI EVENT provides the service on an ?as available? basis and does not guarantee third-party platform availability, approval, reach, engagement, publication success or preservation of external content.

AI EVENT is not responsible for actions or decisions of a third-party platform, including suspension, moderation, API restrictions, quota changes, deleted posts or account limitations, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination and disconnection

You may stop using the service and disconnect supported platform integrations. AI EVENT may suspend or terminate access for material breach, misuse, security risk, legal requirement, platform requirement or prolonged inactivity where appropriate.

Upon disconnection, future API access will stop after relevant credentials are revoked, removed or expire. Content already published to third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms' controls.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply under other applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, integrations, legal obligations or platform requirements change. The current version will be published at https://aievent.sa/terms-of-service/ with an updated effective date.
